The Farm
Surrounded by the pine forests of the Northern Great Lakes, our small farm is home to pasture-raised Berkshire hogs, gourmet grass-fed Icelandic lamb, grass-fed Aberdeen Angus beef, and pasture-raised poultry. We strive to provide our family and friends with healthy food harvested from animals that have lived lives the way they were intended to live-- on grass, enjoying fresh air and sunshine.

The Mission
We aim to provide ethically raised foods to promote good health in our family and friends. We don’t need fertilizers or routine antibiotics because our animals are raised outside on grass, in the sunshine, free to do what they are designed to do. In turn, their behaviors nurture the soil. Healthy soil leads to healthy plant life, which leads to healthy animals and healthy people.
Nurture your body
As the saying goes, "We are too poor to be cheap." We try to spend our money wisely, so when we buy food, we focus on quality over quantity. Nutrient-dense meats make sense for our personal economy. When we eat pasture-raised meats from Whitney Creek Farm, we know we are consuming meats that won't just fill our bellies, but will really nurture our bodies. And we get pleasure in knowing that these finely crafted meats taste "like meat used to taste".
